RULES
This Regulation captures and simplifies the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Buddhist Church in the World dated November 11, 1984 and the amendment policy takes effect on 1 month. 9 years 2014 for ease of understanding and implementation.
CHAPTER I: THE GREAT
Article 1: Title
Vietnam Buddhist Church in the World, abbreviated as UBCVTTG. The Church was established by the Friendship Congress of Vietnamese Buddhist Organizations around the world, on November 11, 1984. Activities of the Church on demand everywhere with indefinite time.
Article 2: Religion and purpose of the Church
- Linking Vietnamese Buddhist organizations in the world, regardless of ordination or home, share the same ideal of serving Buddhism in the spirit of democracy.
- Respect for the self-determination of Buddhist associations-members.
- Serving and propagating the righteousness of the Buddha.
- Maintaining and developing the Buddhist culture and the culture of the Vietnamese nation.
- Constructing monasteries, training monks and nuns.
- Provide spiritual and material support to consolidate and grow Buddhist organizations in Vietnam.
- Performing charity and social activities according to the compassionate spirit of the Buddha.
Article 3: Head office
The Central Headquarters of the Church is located at:

Article 4: Badge
The Church has a badge representing the spirit of Buddhism and the nation of Vietnam, established by the Congress, and approved by the Church on November 11, 1984. This badge shows rounded and described as follows:

CHAPTER II: ORGANIZATION and GOVERNANCE
Article 5: The basis of the organization of the Church by two types of Members: Members of the Monastery and Members of Tu-Tu:
a) MEMBERS OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY are Buddhist institutions, monasteries, monasteries licensed to association, have religious activities in geography, in other countries, around the world, the Association of East leaders approved the application to join the Church.
b) MEMBERS OF TU WILL are monks, nuns who have dignity, study, have Duc-Hanh, and are accepted by the Board of Directors to join the Church.
c) All Members are invited to meet, attend, discuss and be elected to the Leadership Council.
